The hotel offers small rooms that smell a bit, but are larger compared to other Japanese hotels in Osaka, still providing value for money. The separate building location may be an inconvenience. On the upside, it's conveniently situated close to Hakata Station with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.

The rooms are on the small side, especially the bathroom with limited space for accessories. They do have a slight odor, but they are bigger than Osaka's standard. Despite being located in a different building, they are worth the money.

Service

The service was a mix; some staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, while others were not very cool. Communication is primarily in Japanese. A downside was that my baby's blankets were mishandled after the bed sheets were changed.

The hotel is conveniently easy to find near Hakata Station. It's a great location, right behind Hakata Station, opposite it, with good restaurant and shop options nearby. However, there were occasional smells of cigarettes in the area.

The dining options vary; there are two Japanese sets, but the tea and coffee options were described as poor or even disgusting. On the bright side, there are several choices for Japanese or continental breakfast. They even offer a western breakfast option for the second meal.

Facilities include dry cleaning, commercial services, and laundry. The breakfast had freshly baked bread options.
